All orders are shipped by Swiss Post using registered priority mail. Saturday delivery is not included.

Your purchase includes an international manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, you can send the item to the address below, and we will coordinate the process with the manufacturer:

Invoice and Installment Payments up to CHF 5,000

Pay by Invoice

You can place orders of up to CHF 5,000 and pay by invoice. Once you receive the invoice, you can either pay the full amount by the stated due date at the end of the month or pay in installments.

If you choose to pay in installments, you must pay at least 10% of the outstanding balance each month. This gives you the flexibility to decide how you would like to pay your invoice.
