Order by invoice

We offer you the option to order by invoice up to an amount of CHF 5,000. After receiving the invoice, you have the choice of paying the invoice within the specified payment period (end of month) or in installments.

If you wish to pay the invoice in several installments, at least 10% of the outstanding invoice amount must be paid per month. This way, you can easily decide for yourself how you would like to pay the invoice.

At Luxoia, you pay no shipping costs within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein for orders over CHF 50. We send every order to you registered and by A-Post with Swiss Post.

If the products you ordered do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us. Please note that you have 14 days to do so. The return period only begins on the day you receive or collect the package.
