The Tissot PRX 40 205 Quartz is equipped with a black or blue sunray dial in combination with nickel-plated indices and hands. There is also a variant with a satin-finished, silver-grey dial with rose gold-colored indices and hands – a color combination that also harks back to the late 1970s. The lines of the case extend directly into the bracelet without the use of traditional lugs. Its most striking feature is its row of large links that occupy the entire width. Its flexibility and suppleness make it a true success of ergonomic design, conveying an extraordinary wearing experience. The satin finishing on the outer surfaces is as meticulously executed as the polishing of the inner surfaces. The hands of the PRX 40 205 are coated with SuperLumiNova® and are set very close to each other. This allows the dial to be brought closer to the watch glass. The optical effect achieved by Tissot's designers makes the watch's case appear even flatter and slimmer than it actually is.
